Refund policy

Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty products upon arrival or by transit. If you experience an issue, please contact us via email or social media as soon as possible so we can determine the damage has occurred upon arrival/whilst in transit. MSA Accessories is not liable or responsible for any damage which has occurred at a later time and your request can be ignored after we have refused. Thank you!


If your return is accepted, you will have to provide your own shipping label in order to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Any false complaints/requests will be taken seriously, your request can be ignored, you will be banned from placing orders under any address, name, account etc. and in some cases can be escalated to the authorities as fraudulent claims.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns reported at a later time will not be accepted as damage or issue has occurred at the customers end.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If not approved, the customer will have to purchase/pay another postage label to ship back to them for cases such as, the request was false. If approved, you’ll be sent a reshipment at our cost or automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
